Bed,mattress,and headboard
Purchased bed,mattress,and headboard, only waited two weeks for oder to be delivered. Really impressed with salesman helped with our chioces. Did not feel pressured like other big stores. Small issue with bed slider/wheel which was resolved by a visit from repairs man. Highly recommended.

Excellent salesman great service.
Excellent service from Cameron who was very knowledgeable and guided us with his expertise to a quality product that suited our needs.we feel we got a really good deal and he was a lovely salesman who had excellent communication skills and in no way did we feel pressured into buying.highly recommend the company and Cameron is a great ambassador for the company.

Bought a mattress from the Chester…
Bought a mattress from the Chester store. Salesman genuinely couldn't be nicer. Arranged delivery for a couple of days later. Received a text to say they would be at my house at 9.31 and at 9.31 precisely they arrived. That has never happened before and I think that is excellent service. Good guys brought it upstairs without any hassle.

ordered on thursday - delivered next monday! even a custimized 2 by 2 meter mattress. good quality - very nice service!! RON and JEFF did everything and rather brought the old mattress to my storage 100 meter away... that means - 100 points from me and fife stars!

The service we received from Sam was excellent. He was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the different options available. He listened to what we wanted and offered suggestions not just trying to up sell. Hope the bed is as good as the service

Great service!
We had no idea what we were after but left with exactly what we wanted. They have a great range of beds and really helpful staff. We were served by an incredibly helpful salesman called Ollie. Definitely recommend buying your bed here!

Excellent advice and superb customer service from Jack. He’s super knowledgeable about beds and made sure we got the right bed for us. Definitely recommend going into the store in Aintree for your bed!
Great quality beds and fantastic service
Honestly couldn’t have received a better experience. Was genuinely nice to get such fantastic customer service with people who are not so pushy and genuinely just want to help with what you need. The quality of beds are great and so many options. Couldn’t recommend enough.
Delayed delivery/Issue not sorted yet
Me and my husband needed a good mattress due to a back pain and we went to The Bed Factory to buy a good one. The attendant was lovely and kind and we bought mattress, pillows, mattress cover and care kit. We were told that the delivery time was up to 6 weeks. It’s been 9 weeks now and we didn’t receive our mattress and all that the customer service told us is that there was a delay and that we will have to wait for some update until 4th of July. Really bad customer service, no one even called me to let me know about the delay, I had to speak with 4 different people to know that it was delayed. I don’t recommend at all and I will not be back to buy again from The bad factory.
